Go drive it or let it run at 1200 rpm for about an hour. Depends on the make of the engine as there is no place where a crack or a loose pipe can leak diesel into the coolant unless we are talking about early model cummins where the injector sleeves could crack and let diesel into the coolant.

After looking through a bunch of posts, it seems that if it was the oil cooler, there would be oil in the coolant, not the other way around. The other possibility is a cracked head.
